Today i assembled the v2 Chest, added the photos on how i did it. There are a few gaps but that's because the center part of the chest wasn't as big as the top and bottom. Ill fix that with some fiberglass and bondo.

Coastal defender stormtroopers, more commonly known as shoretroopers, were a specialized variant of the Galactic Empire 's stormtroopers trained and equipped for combat in tropical environments. Stationed at the top secret Imperial security complex on the tropical planet Scarif, shoretroopers patrolled the beaches and bunkers of the facility. Found this on line several months back and had forgotten all about it. I see there is another one posted on thingy verse, which looks great. This one I have guestimated the size, so if you do decide to print it make sure you are happy with the size percentage wise. I've also split it into many easy printable pieces. But of course, like all these great files I haven't had time to print my own.

Time for some more mold making, one extended drop box, one medium box with top detail and one small box with no detail. Bpm studio pro mac. Will de mold tomorrow after work and do some casting.

Have been doing some work on the forearm i assembled a while back. (Forearm assembly)

I started with some sanding.

After the sanding and blowing it clean i used Polyester (fiberglass resin). Free splunk license.

First time using it on PLA printed parts, and it really added some strength to the parts. I will actually go over the inside as well to strengthen the part. (Since the part didn't come out great from the printer).

After the Polyester (fiberglass resin) had cured i sanded it down and then used some bondo to fill in the gaps from gluing the parts together. Autodesk t splines plug in for rhino download. Then i went over the forearm with spray filler, this will repeat until i'm satisfied and can move on to start priming the part.
